The authorities should have just ignored the boy and let it fade into oblivion. They should have known they can't win against a juvenile. If they lose the court case, they won't know where to hide their face, if they win in the courts, they will be seen as bullies, petty, and unneccesarily getting worked over nothing. It has become a mess, and what have they gained? Am surprised that a young kid's cheeky prank can stir up so much national attention. What a joke!
