SG govt dares not even try to rotan a white mans arse, you expect them to hang a white man?

Here is one story: White man caught with drugs. Predecessor of HSA testified that they separated every single bit of contents of the bag of drugs into fibre/non drugs and pure drugs.

Their findings were only 499gm were drugs. Only 1 gram short of 500gm for him to be charge under mandatory hanging.

So AMDK are first class citizens. That includes Indo/Pinoy maids cause they too will never be hung.
Immigrants are second class.
Chinese Sinkies are 3rd class.
Malay/Indian Sinkies are last.

This one is now the President, might be in the mood to give pardons to her kind.

So Chinese Sinkies are last tier now, sadly.

An independent election candidate in the 2018 Port Dickson by-election shouted at reporters while she was escorted into the courtroom on Friday, 28 January

"I didn't kill anyone. I am the victim but am now facing the murder charge," 55-year-old Lau Seck Yan told the media at the magistrates' court in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, reported The Star.

"Remember my face and words. I didn't kill anyone but they are investigating me for murder and that is not fair."

She was said to have appeared tearful as she was being escorted.

"He pushed me! He attacked me! I didn't kill anyone!" Lau continued her tirade as she walked closer to the courtroom

"But the police officer refused to investigate under another section. They forced me to cooperate but I did not (do it)."

According to Free Malaysia Today, the former lecturer was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder, which carries the death penalty upon conviction.

She was accused of stabbing her 55-year-old husband Poh Seng Hiap in the chest and waist at their home at the Rasah Kemayan Golf and Country Township in Seremban on 23 January.

The former accountant was pronounced dead at the scene.

Poh and Lau have four daughters, with the youngest two believed to have witnessed the stabbing while they were at home

The Star reported Seremban OCPD Asst Comm Nanda Maarof as saying that it was the victim's 18-year-old daughter who alerted the police about the incident.

In the courtroom, no plea was recorded after the charge was read to her before magistrate Norzaliza Tesmin.

However, she was heard saying, "Tapi saya tak buat (but I didn't do it)."

Lau's lawyer, Ng Kian Nam, requested the court to send her for a psychiatric assessment, but Norzaliza said it was not necessary yet.

Lau had pleaded with the court that it was wrong that she was charged for murder, reported Utusan Malaysia.

"I don't want to be charged under that Section... the truth is not like that... I shouldn't be charged under that Section," Bernama quoted her as saying.

Norzaliza fixed 25 February for the next mention.

Lau was not granted bail as it is a non-bailable offence.

Footage of Lau speaking to the media while being escorted into the courtroom can be found below:

The victim was said to have succumbed to his injuries in the kitchen in their bungalow home:
