Seems like the "So Bloody Slow" (SBS) cannot take the heat anymore.....intentional harassment, what is that in the first place? Such a big organization and they can't even take criticism from one individual? So what if his letter is peppered with lots of FUCKS...

Persecuted? I think it is the customer service staff who are persecuted by customers like these.
At the end of the day, these people are working in their jobs like any other people including Alex Tan are working in their jobs. Your rants and vulgarities are unlikely to reach the ministers and people like Saw.
Don't cause high turnover in the customer service sector and end up that people reject such jobs and more foreigners take them up, and then it will be the same people like Alex Tan ranting about influx of foreigners.
