Anyone know where to go in Bangkok if I want to visit a gunsmith
Are they located in one area or scattered throughout the city.

In Manila there was a gunsmith in Megamall & they were selling AK 47, Czech Skorpion smg,...
Curious to see what one can get in Thailand:o

Deo Siam (Old Siam) area in Chinatown have many small shops. I assume you are talking about real guns ya and not pallets. This is the area you can find real guns and good food too.

Humble brunch in Jakarta an hour ago, this is something I miss when living in Thailand in the beginning as at that time the I'sia office still not set up.



What you see here from the top of the plate is fried chicken, beef rendang, a long brinjal with sambal and ikan bilis, begedil beside the bringaj, thick fried egg, and then you see a bowl of sayur on the top.

If you are in Bangkok & looking for electronics you should visit Fortune Town IT mall. Larger & newer than Pantip Plaza.

You can find high end Hi Fi, handphones, genuine & bootleg SW, musical instruments, computers, networking supplies, Tesco supermarket, massage, restaurants,.salon, pet supplies,... Took me a few hours to explore.

Then after you finish exploring this mall you can go to the mall that is opposite, Central Plaza.

Was told that they intend to build a building over a hundred stories tall in this area to go after the title of the world's tallest building.

It's easy to get to this area using the underground MRT service going north & stop at "Phra Ram 9" station. At Ram 9, take the exit for "Fortune"

Visited kanchanaburi but on the way the guide brought me to Damnoen Saduak floating market which has become heavily commercialized. Paid 4.5 k for tour of the small canals and the big floating market and a crocodile show.

Finally the main floating market which is i think 3 or 4 boats in width with many tourists

I managed to buy a fan/hat from her for only 100bht down from 850!

Missed it. I mentioned Hway Khwang because its a place close to my heart as I have an apartment near the area and the food is out of this world. Thanks bro for the beautiful pics. Funny enough, I drove to Amphawa and Damneon only last Friday.

Thanks for compliments. The floating market was on the way to my actual destination which is kanchanaburi. I got to pet the tigers at the famed tiger temple and of course walk on the river kwai bridge. Too bad I didn't get to see hell fire pass and erawan national park which is the number 1 park in Thailand this year.
