and flat fish (Pin Hee). This is also the secret of many prawn noodle and fish soup stalls. But it is quite expensive. My old folks prepared this for me.

Dipping sauce of pork balls and fish cake is favorite Tiger Brand Light Soya Sauce with Chilli Padi

for clams and prawns, use this dipping sauce. Wasabi and Seafood Sauce.

Hehehe. Just a guess. I might be wrong. Was searching Hakka recipes and found many ingredients used by Hakka food are other non-rice grains and beans.

Oic not familiar with Hakka food, but you go those shops selling organic food stuff they will also recommend you all these grains, nut, beans, berries etc lah. Come to think of it, still haven't cooked the red beans and kidney beans bought few months ago during the promo..

Thanks for the timely reminder. Think steamboat quite healthy compared to BBQ and deep fried. I have even more unhealthy version, Big Head fresh water prawns. Prefer BBQ and go specially for the big head. Oyster is also another one but I cannot Gim Chui so just eat.

Went to the bike shop to collect the official license plate for my scooter. Can't believe I have been riding my bike on an illegal red plate for 2.8K km before getting the real one. Turn out to be my fault as the shop has been trying to contact me via my old mobile no.

Was at foodland for usual breakfast and some these ads selling big bikes. Yes, there is a big market here for big bikes for the Ang Mohs but soon they will sell these big bikes and get a pcx or wave. It's damm stupid to drive a bike telling everyone you are a 'rich ang moh'. The smarter ang mohs will get a wave and blend in with the local crowd.
