How come PI never advise you on the type of evidence necessary for a ruling in your favour?

As far as I know, they have to be caught in bed naked together. Even pictures of them in bed, but taken using digital camera are arguable, they can say photoshoped. Need kodak film type:o

Thanks bro. I will be signing up for photography classes soon. Any other skill set I need to acquire before I can switch to become an PI. Will specialise in catching cheating spouses in bed. Digital photos can jalan if I can snap 10 over photos of them I guess. Photoshop 1 photo maybe but if I can produce 10+ photos from different angles, how to photoshop them to nicely?
