We have just clawed our way out of recession and every dollar counts for many Singaporeans. To keep a $1,500 daily balance is not an easy feat and $2 is the price of a meal for many. POSB should not focus its sights on its profit sheet alone and forget its original mission as a people's bank.'

What people's bank....People's Bank with no withdrawal limit is Central Provident Fund...not us, I am sure!!

POSB remains a people's bank, how much one spend on a cheap meal is no concern of theirs and they don't care, cause they are not a charitable organisation; they set the rules and if one thinks there are better options, they do not beg us to stay.

Seems like its the current account that's got the $1,500 limit.

For PosBank if you have current account monthly will be charge $2( for service the current account) . For PosBank the bank will trace the cheque for the last 15 cheque is been use will automatically sent a new cheque book. So do the every month statement all this cost money.
If don't like it customer can cancel the current account. But for $2 can buy u a convenient.
