Syrian civil war was created by Washington. Just as they did in Ukraine. IS was the CIA creation to destroy assad regime and they were winning. When Russia entered the scene by invitation, US abandoned IS financially. That was when IS started beheading westerners. And launch a invasion of Iraq.

Syria civil war was necessary. US instigated it after ghadafi of Libya was ousted. US want to eliminate or change all the Arab strong men and replace them with leaders allied to US.
Loom at Libya and iraq after US intervention. No stability.
Plus US still Occupies 1/3 of Syria and refuse to leave Iraq.
Wrt Saudi Intervention in Yemen, civil war in Yemen was there for decades. They should have remained separate instead of merging.
