for ppl attending WP rally via own transport, ie motorbike, cars, van etc etc... I hereby list a few alternate parking sites that are within walking distance and yet wont kenna close by cisco in the evening.

1. Realty Park - private estate off upper serangoon road. just 100m from the junction of upper serangoon road and hougang ave 2 & 3. Not many lots but should be free parking after 5pm. (please read the signs for free parking as may have change since I last been there.) behind the shophouses facing the carpark is hougang ave 4 which is the rally site.

2. Hougang Ave 5 block 301 carpark - this is a big open carpark, normally have plenty of empty lots beside holy innocent primary school compound. Once parked, walk toward upper serangoon main road, cross it and walk thru the jalan naung private estate to reach rally site.

3. Hougang Ave 3 Block 24 carpark - this a much smaller open carpark, at most 100 lots only so. same thing, parked then walk across blk 24 & 25 to reach upper serangoon road, turn right and walk to the junction between upper serangoon road and hougang ave 4, cross it and will see the rally site.

from previous experience, the rally stage should set up beside Jalan Naung instead of beside blk 837 as it allow maximum space use. please remember there no public toilets nearby, the nearest will be in the bus interchange so clear your bladder before heading toward the rally site.

rally goers who travel by MRT please go to exit A. That will be the ticket gantries that don't have the control station. for ppl to exit the wrong side, just walk along the long walkway to the opposite side. again from previous experience, party flags, badges, brolly booth should be set up near blk 837.
