Actually not just Forest city, I remember visiting the Princess cove show flat near the causeway, according to the sales people then they have a few phases and if all go well they are going to reclaim land almost to the max -right up to or near the dividing line. Once upon a time Malaysia govt complained about Spore reclaiming land but now they themselves are reclaiming land facing Spore from east to west of JB. So PAP should join them to sell land to these PRC developers and make billions out of it. Afterall Spore need new revenue. Note that sultan and the msia govt don't just sell the forest city land one off, they have shares as joint developer so anything the China developer make, they will have a share in it. So Spore should follow the wise sultan to do the same!
