Please as that old man not to talk cock anymore, No wonder young people don't respect him anymore. He said that no amount of engineering can prevent flash floods. Yet Japan have build a system of deep tunnels to alleviate their flood problems and Johor never flood when there is heavy thunderstorms like our case recently.
