issue public statement, lodge protest or complaint through proper channel as an honorable Head of State would.

When he issued warnings the whole world listened..

He said any attempt by another power to impose a no-fly zone in Ukraine would be considered by Russia to be
a step into the military conflict. Such a step he said would have catastrophic consequences for Europe and the world.

Biden on the other hand threw a lot of insults and accusations at Putin which drew numerous criticisms from his home politicians and close allies.

“If someone decides to intervene in the ongoing events from the outside and create unacceptable strategic threats to us, they should know that our response to those oncoming blows will be swift, lightning-fast,” Putin said in an address to lawmakers on Wednesday.

“We have all the tools to do this. Tools that no one except us can brag about. But we’re not going to brag. We’ll use them if such a need arises,” the president said, without specifying which tools could be deployed.

People don’t seem to understand the Russians don’t do peacemeal reaction. You can taunt them, insult them, mock them but they won’t bother with fools. When they decide it’s time to act, they just do it. People (well at least, some people) are still not learning from the lesson of what got Ukraine to where it is today.
