PAP announced that hdb car park charges have gone up 20% to $1.20 an hour at all hdb car parks.

But what pap doesn't want you to know is that many HDB carparks are charging $1.60 per hour an increase of 60% instead of 20% at certain hours. 60% increase is hefty

PAP is slimy, not telling the whole truth

That's not the point. The point is the pap tells you of the 20% increase but didnt tell you of the 60% increase
