It is ironic that PAP is wary of internet hackers and has denied internet access by most civil servants.

If pap is so security conscious, why allow the following:

1. Large pool of foreigners in IT industry
2. Large number of foreigners guarding entry p;oints to Sg
3. So many foreign indians in banking industry
4. so many foreigners and foreign PRs in SG

SG is already hacked and invaded because of bad and loose pap policies.

Why did pap just woken up and now talk abt need to limit internet access and security

Pappies now realise too late that many foreigners/SPRs working in Govt entities are out to harm sinkie land by stealing data through the internet. What better way to deny them access to such data? Simple. Deny them internet access.

How many foreign intelligence agents are working in SG Govt entities or are spying on sinkie land? Since pappies are fond of recruiting foreigners to work in Govt bodies, this is the price to pay for leakage of sensitive data to foreign countries. Is a foreign imported shit ah neh a mole for the Indian Govt? Is the foreign imported shit ah tiong a mole for the Chinese commies? Pappies are now having doubts. The only way to nip them in the bud is to deny them access to the internet.

No way. Lee the clown prince is more worried about being heckled to death by locals than the foreigners who will do more than heckle. Such is reality.

If I recalled correctly, last year there's an news report about floodgate opened for India's accountant to work in SG under CECA.

Just wait for another tsunami to hit SG with all the 'creative' accounting that will send the country into a dark hole a size even a black hole in universe will be embarrassed.
