No, she plainly called Gay Loong "dishonourable". For a Prime Minister whose currency is his own credibility, to be called dishonourable by your own sister is tantamount to slander. Why does he not sue?
either way it is an ultimate insult. no other country PM gets called such terms and get away with it. the closest was when Aussie PM Paul Keating called Mahathir "a recalcitrant" and it spark off a diplomatic storm and Paul Keating had to apologise later on.
and "recalcitrant" is a far more benign term than "dishonourable". worse when the insult comes from your own sister. I am truly shocked and speechless. what more LHL cannot sue as it would make matter worse.
Dishonourable is a defamation, defamation is intangible too. LKY and GCT used it on ordinary folks and sue them bankrupt.
There is no honor amongst any chinamen so being dishonorable is the norm. It is not an insult it is simply a description.
Honor is reserved for societies which put positive human values ahead of money.
