Workers' Party grassroots is political because they display WP colours during their grassroots activities.

As for political rallies, many current grassroots leaders, volunteers and some staff are PAP party members. When they display PAP logo, they use PAP branch office facilities, not PA's facilities. PA does not have any rule that bans its leaders and volunteers from joining any political party. Opposition party members are free to join as grassroots volunteer.
