MiniSTAR What-mugam should find ways to increase his productivity. The Contempt of Court Bill is way overdue, as the below links will show. Promise to table in 2012, then 2013 say "matter of priority" and now is 2015 still nothing.

Though I had never stayed in Yishun, Yishun Ring Road brings back some fond memories of my teenage years. Guess it's goodbye to those green fields now.
