The real misinformer is the PAP photoshop IB who has done it countless times.

Not selective reading but the ability of the Photoshop Prince to sell his message. The line was parked above the BTO diagram such that one would conclude it refers to the housing grants given by the government. Certainly the IB was very generous talking about housing, but listed no assistance, grants, subsidies and social transfers apart from housing.
All these assistance, grants and subsidies and social transfers are widely known. Obviously Chee ignore the facts. Oh you should just try to google search for info on it instead expecting everything to be spoon feed.
