SINGAPORE - The police are looking for a man to help with investigations into a case of insulting the modesty of a woman.
The incident occurred along Woodlands Street 31 on Oct 11. The man is believed to be in his 30s and has a tanned complexion. He was last seen wearing a pair of sunglasses and a red collared t-shirt with white-coloured wordings on the front.
