Military officers salary are along 3 schemes, A, B and C, namely Farmers, Normal degree and accelerated programme. The pay difference and rate of jump between ranks/grades are vastly different and this is across the entire career. This seems quite a stark view to LHL's call that non degree holders will do just as well.....
