Firstly let me laud both the SSA and Ms Yeo from taking on this important task on the cap issue. The World has millions of issues and the latest are Ebola, the Gaza nightmare, the atrocities in Mt Sinjar and in Singapore the growing number of middle aged Singaporeans going jobless. people unable to afford decent living, being abused by foreigners in their own country etc.

May God give Ms Yeo and SSA the strength to stay the course as they seek the answers to the important issue of caps.

All these COI, we all know, are just for the "wayang"....just like the recent COI on the Little India Riot, the first 10 responder was rewarded, the police got their increment, pay rise, bonuses...& the cakes..for showing restraint & EXCELLENCE...it is a FARCE just like the government...what is new, we do not know? :rolleyes:

That is called "Koteka"

The koteka, horinm, penis gourd or penis sheath is a phallocrypt or phallocarp traditionally worn by native male inhabitants of some (mainly highland) ethnic groups in New Guinea to cover their genitals. The review process is as simple as:

a) who ordered, and on what basis/materials he referred to?
b) did the supplier conform to the specifications. BUT before that, did the (ordering) fella check the size, material, etc of prototype before confirming?
c) if the final batch did not conform to the approved sample, reject.
d) if not conformed, but swimming chief (clowns) say okay, then resign.
e) end of COI (Committee of Indulgence)
