If the site was down, there'd be big gaps in the bandwidth consumption.
It's probably the media authority trying to block access.
Too many porn sites have been blocked.. wonder why the authorities waste so much time and our taxpayer's money on such unrealistic moves. Block one site, another 100 pops up.. it's never-ending.
Do something better, like continue to promote the local arts and culture scene.. invest in locals who got talent or show promising talent in arts.. waste time and money on blocking porn sites.. blah.
block pedophilia sites.. that I will support! porn sites.. waste of time, money and manpower.. so much for productivity.

I don't run that site anymore so it is really none of my business. However, I can say that there are numerous reasons why a site is not reachable. Based on the traffic stats, it does not look like the site was down. Besides it runs on multiple servers so even if one was down there is plenty of spare capacity and the other servers would easily take up the load.
i get the connection lost message once in a while, but nothing more than that..
