The price can never be similar. During crisis, Sentosa Cock owners got bankrupted when price down $3 million. PH owners at most lose S$300k if value goes to zero.
For entire PH to mature like the pic of Sentosa, min need 10years from now i think.
2030 would be a Safer timeline. Factoring in Commercial North & South altogether.
Unless Global Economy next few years' Sentiments Up triggers another round of BOOM.

Still waiting for the ferry terminal to operate to Harbourfront, and a small-medium supermarket (something the size of Ntuc express at Changi T3 basement will suffice).
Yes.. Community development in terms of super market type of requirement is still very slow in materialising in Puteri Harbour.. Vendors are not yet seeing demand to sustain this type of investment..
Hopefully when the condos are ready and people start to come in to stay then it'll move.. But if majority are buying for investments then very difficult to justify township like amenities to be set up
