Seri Austin is just beside Setia Indah & Setia Eco Cascadia. With the shop houses and a few new projects should be okay in a year or two. BTW, the environment there is nice an quiet.

Re: Less well known developments : Engaging a civil engineer for 2nd opinion.. Looking at subsale Double Storey Terrace House but the completion date is in early 2014. What are the things that I need to know? Is there any risk while waiting for owner transaction after a year?
