What things are cheaper in JB?

Salmon fish (cut) is at about Rm25 (~$10) per kg in Tesco Bukit Indah. Much cheaper than in sg. And if you go in the morning(9~10am), they have these fruits n vegi (near the vegi weighing area) that are near expirary (but is good for consumption) selling at almost half price.

Re: Investing in Nusajaya Thanks yonglip for your reply. Ya, the 2 storey terrace houses developed by SP Setia are generally quite small, this unit in "the Quartz" is considered ok to my small family, with 20 x 70 lot size and a built up of about 1900 sq ft. So it is similar in...

Thanks Vincentck for your reply. The developer for "the Quartz" is the SP Setia Group.. and here is their website: http://www.spsetia.com.my/bukit_indah_johor/pfs_thequartz.htm The guard house entrance showed "8th Avenue" though.. perhaps "The Quartz" is one development in the...

Thanks Coolsaint for sharing your concerns. It is at the back of 4B, not 2B (2B is the precinct across the road, and phase 3 is its immediate neighbour). I am not sure which long park you are referring to, but if it is the hill top park then yes, the semi-D i referred to is right at the foot...

Thanks Wuqi, these are very practical suggestions. I guess I probably also need something like siren lights in case the vehicle breaks down on the highway at night or before dawn. Where in Bukit Indah area do you suggest I could get the tyre repair kit and batter operated pump ?
