    Is there any provider which offer service of anti-virus?

    Well this quite a new thing, when you have an internet service from the provider why they will be willing to offer you an anti-virus. Maybe you can find some home internet providers which have these additional facilities but I am not so sure about it.

    Hi, cheesecake, Yeah, you can face the issue sometime. It may be due to a regional difference or that site may be blocked by your ISP or your Govt... So try a proxy and then connect. If this does not help, then it may be an issue by your provider. You should contact them for the proxy settings...
