Arsène Wenger said he will try to strengthen his squad before the transfer window closes but he will be focused on quality, not price tags.

“We are not frightened to spend money but we have to be convinced the player is better than what we have,” said Wenger. “That is our main concern, to bring quality. We have quality, but want to add more quality.

Relax bro... Just 2 games into the new season.. Still got a long way to go for all teams.. Think Arsenal gave it a good go against Lpool..Just their bad luck with players departures, injuries, suspensions and a red card to that Frimpong bugger.. Wenger must spend some money on proven quality players and not on more youths! Lpool not that convincing either.. Caroll struggled to prove his worth once again.. Think he's fast becoming an expensive flop.. Suarez as usual brilliant.. Reserved our judgement till the second half of the season...I'm not too sure about Lpool chances either... And I'm talking as a Lpool supporter..
