Calmly restrain by holding both her wrist and ask member of public to call the Police. If your value systems are right, no member of your own family will behave in this manner

I rather go in for being wrongly accused of molest than get humiliated like this.

Unless it's an ambush or surprise strike, I don't see what's so difficult about taking a step or two back or sideway to evade the attack. The guy in the video seems to be willingly taking the blows, maybe even masochistically enjoying his balls getting kicked by the girl. Maybe to be followed up with physiotheraphy later.

I don't believe I am reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself in what you see in this woman. Even if you are giving her the rights to do this, it should be done behind closed doors. Do you think other women will think highly of a man who get whacked in public by another woman without retaliation?

The man's response (or lack of response) is totally shameful- and I am not speaking in a gender perspective. Just plain shameful in terms of what a normal grown adult should have reacted in this instance. That is, to move to a less public place, come the woman down or simply walk away.

By fluke, I noticed multiple deep scratches on this chap's forearms and the wounds were of different age, clearly indicating that it a regular event. I am sincere about helping.

Yep, men abuse also happens. Except with different psyche from women abuse.
Women abuse is when the woman is powerless to fight back against man hitting her. Men abuse is when the man just doesn't want to fight back and be accused of hitting the powerless.
