眾所矚目的兩韓領袖高峰會，在文在寅與金正恩兩人合力演出下，畫下了句點，雙方發表「板門店宣言」，誓言結束南北韓長期敵對的狀態，為朝鮮半島和平帶來了曙光。
與過去兩次會談相比，這次是國際關注度最高的一次，因為之前都是由南韓總統到北韓去，這次卻是北韓領導人跨越三十八度線到南韓來，而且還是謎樣般的金正恩，首次出現在國際媒體鏡頭當中，自然吸引全球大部分人的眼球，因為大家都好奇他究竟是本人，還是分身。
其次，這次也是歷次會談中自主性最低的一次，這次會談恰巧在六月美朝對話之前，因此被定位為「川金會」的會前會，文在寅與金正恩猶如川普與習近平手中掌握的大玩偶，在互相試探彼此的底線，另外，這次會談主軸簽署兩韓「和平協定」，也並非南北韓自身可以決定的，還需要韓戰的參與國美中兩大國的認證。

由此可見，在國際鎂光燈的注目下，我們看到文金兩人揖讓而恭，下而飲，牽手合跳一場跨越三十八度線的恰恰，也端出平壤冷麵及瑞士薯餅來勾起兩人的兒時記趣，更以大同江及漢江河水來合種松樹，來強調對兩韓統一的高度期盼。
在另一方面，為了怕世人對這次會談的期待落空，也怕南韓國內民意的冷嘲熱諷，文金兩人費盡心思、絞盡腦汁，在大國夾縫中硬是闖出一條活路，合曲一篇「板門店宣言」，只是，在這篇宣言當中，我們只有看到願景，卻看不到承諾，我們只有看到希望，卻看不到作法，一切似乎都留待日後加以落實。
首先在終結兩韓敵對狀態，原本外界期待這次會談兩韓雙方能達成撤離三十八度線駐軍，將軍事管制區轉化為和平特區，但是在會談中，雙方卻只有承諾漸進式的裁軍，停止邊境的心戰喊話，並通過定期會談與熱線來加以磋商，而今後兩韓是否能夠成立常態化的軍事聯絡機制，則成為是否能夠終結敵對狀態的一大隱憂。
其次在簽署兩韓和平協定，之前外界認為文在寅應該會利用這次「文金會」簽署一紙「和平協定」，以避免重蹈過去雙方口頭承諾，讓北韓有出爾反爾的機會，但在這次會談，兩韓只有同意在年內簽署和平條約，終止長期以來的戰爭狀態，並嚴格遵守互不侵犯條約，並尋求美、中、朝、韓四方會談的協商架構，而美中兩大國對於兩韓「和平協定」是否買帳，則成為半島和平化的一大變數。
最後在推動半島無核化，原本外界期盼在這次的兩韓會談中，北韓能對「無核化」做出具體承諾，以為今後的「川金會」鋪路，但是這次會談，兩韓只有達成致力於朝鮮半島無核化的願景，由此可見，北韓仍然堅持「維持現狀」的政策，也就是停止試射導彈、關閉核試驗場，但這卻與美國完全的、可驗證的及不可逆的棄核三原，仍然存在著相當大的差距。
由此可見，這只是一場南北韓合演的一場大戲，而且只是六月「川金會」的前戲，兩韓用精巧的布幕，掩飾空洞的劇本，用奇幻無比的燈光，來投射出虛渺願景，但當曲終人散時，我們將赫然發現，半島和平仍在原點，北韓威脅依然存在。
猶記得，昨日金正恩在「和平之家」寫下：「嶄新的歷史，由現在開始。」但可以知道的是，這個嶄新歷史絕不會是由兩韓開始，而是要留待「川金會」才能見分曉，只是，不知道各位看倌，是否有這個耐性了。
