I think he perceives himself as a victim of abuse but his response to that abuse is not to seek help through counselling or legal means, but to turn on those who "victimise" him through indirect means ( posting online about his abusive dad and bitchy mum and bringing trouble to them by flouting the law and challenging the authorities ).

Many of the amos supporters are fooled into thinking he is really standing up for them... when he is actually creating trouble for his dad as a way of releasing his frustration.

PAP also believes that criticising LKY is a crime. So Amos was charged for criticising LKY. But Law Minister, Shanmugum, wrote yesterday that he believes the charge has been withdrawn.
So what PAP believes may not be the law. Let's not worry abt what the pap thinks and confine ourselves to live with-in the boundary of pap's thinking. PAP, AGC and SPF may be wrong as Amos has proved in this case.
For the benefit of SG and Singaporeans, let's continue to push the boundaries and make pap backtrack and retreat
