Chinese national Yu Bi, 29, who faced four charges, admitted two counts of underage sex with the victim at the staircase landing of a condominium in February and May this year. The court heard that the victim got to know Yu through the QQ online chat early this year.

Sometime in February, he went to the girl's condominium then took her to the eighth floor staircase landing where he committed the offence. He repeated the act three months later.
