Please do not mouth nonsense YOU TWIT!..especially on this!.... I have a good friend who lived in a PAP ward, in a landed property, who had gone to the hospital down with dengue fever, due to neglect by the NEA in checking his area, after months of complains....

Where I live, they have NEA contractors, wearing green T shirts with the NEA logo on bicycles ( not Brompton) checking the area, EVERYDAY . Every now & then, you have the NEA in their white T's with NEA logo, checking & going from door to door. YET, we have dengue outbreak...!! this is not opposition ward....we have mixed housing in the area, condos, Public Housing, Landed Properties, Schools etc...

The mosquito inspectors cannot find anything because the PAP wards are free of breeding spots.
All the dengue cases that occur in PAP wards are a result of catching the infection from mosquitoes that are breeding in the WP wards.
