If there is, it would have been reported.
There are only opposition supporters.

IB = Internet Brigade

The PAP IB was formed in 2007 to counter the growing chorus of anti-govt dissent on the Internet, discredit opposition parties and supporters, spread disinformation about opposition politicians and party policies, and manipulate popular opinion.

The PAP IB comes under the direct purview of the ISD, and consists of paid shills working in shifts whose modus operandi is to participate in forums like Sammyboy to spew their shit. Some focus on 'astroturfing'. They're very easy to detect, once you know how they function and their operating hours. Laksaboy has a good working list.

From the Straits Times article (3 Feb 2007) “PAP moves to counter criticism of party, Govt in cyberspace”:

Yes. I have always suspected Jason Chua to be paid. Voluntary PAP cyberwarriors are few, for the simple reason that PAP is in power and there is no motivation to spur them to the intensity of opposition online supporters who want to see the PAP kicked out.

For Jason Chua, the amount of work he does alone is equivalent to the efforts of the entire TOC and TRE teams add together. It has to be full-time and nothing less. This guy when interviewed lives in a 3-room flat, 44 and jobless but doesn't aspire to do more or at least get a job. He has to be comfortable enough financially to do that or who will feed him.
