Which types of construction work are they trained for?

1. Look at their age and petite size, not for reinforced steel fixing jobs. They don't last a week.

2. Interesting enough, back in the 70s and 80s government trained workers for technical jobs like electricians and technicians. Then workers were lured by higher pay to joined private sectors private sectors. Private sectors then bid for government work using ex-government workers.

3. Fed up government don't train workers and private sectors also don't train workers at their expenses.

4. This lead to shortages of METs and look for METs from overseas.

5. Now Pinoy government are training their people METs for export?

Expect more faulty equipment soon. Pinoys technical courses are fake? Good for cleaning machine covers maybe.
