What I heard, tooth fall out in dream means death is near.. Death of the dreamer or his family members.. But I don't really believe this..
My lucky omen when dreaming is fish and dead bodies.. Whenever I want to tio 4D, I will always dream of fish in my sleep like going fishing, eating any fish dishes..

Base on the book of Zhou Gong interpretation, if the tooth self drop mean someone senior in your family will pass away. But your case is inflicted therefore does not interpret that way. On the othe hand for tooth that drop off may interpret that you will have an offspring soon. This is reference to the Tong Sheng, under Zhou Gong Jie Meng Pian.

Usually it will be within a period of 3 weeks.
Frankly not every dreams are recorded in the book of Zhou Gong ya, you have to mention what sort of dreams you have dreamt and base on the reference then can it be interpreted. Some see this sort of explanation as superstitious but for me just a reference, after all the interpretation back then was thousand of years ago. And we not be able to see the same kind of dreams as those in their time.
