Hi, I just recently bought idaman residence aprt. Reason is
1. Lower psf( can't find in bukit indah area)
2. Relatively bigger compound compare to other aprt like sky executive.( I estimate the total land area is only 30% used for aprt)
3. Gated lake ( consider as facility)
4. Speculated mrt station at Columbia hospital( base on proposal mrt station in iskandar website)
5. Potential tenant pool from afiat heathpark and SILC.
Just my opinion, do commend.

All nearby developments are at higher than 1.6Mil for similar units... So depends how you see it lor...

They are launching phase 7D2 semi dees this saturday by balloting at Traders Hotel? Indicative price start at 1.5M

Where is this phase, anyone care to share? Pros and cons.

Gd to hear from you again , haha , due to privacy , we have NI discussions in the FB group until recently we resorted to private whatsapp discussions with a few closer ones, coz too many just wan to dig info and dun share info, alot of FISHMONGERS ard ....

Tks sis ...today she 4mths old heee very happy..thats why drop everything includg d hse n tend to baby first. Now more stable. Hope can contribute again.

Thanks Bro Vincent. Moved in as in tryg to stay for d weekends n now sch hols is ard d corner will try stayg everyday..its a form of vacatn for us since baby too small to travel far far or take flight..now also baby not well got temperaturelah..

My reno is simple n my furniture bought fr furn shop bro Wuqi recommended fr izola also simple...damage for furniture is abt 12.5k (King size bedrm set w mattress, 8 ft wardrobe, dressing table n 1 side table, tv display cabinet 3 sets 5 ft,6 ft & 8ft, L shape fabric sofa (Elk brand 5 yrs warranty), children bedrm 2 set 5 ft wardrobe , 2set single bed with another pull out bed below and 4 single mattresses)...no dining table yet cos i planng to bring fr my sg hse wic i bought 10yrs ago fr xzqt n still in superb condition..meantime we eat at island cabinet in d dry kitchen lahp

..no hurry to fill up d hse but at d moment enuf
