Thinning and balding hair is natural to most men. It is also genetic, so if your dad started balding at an early age, you will too.

Look at many of those footballers. When they started playing as a teenager or in their early 20s, they had a lot of hair. Once they reach their 30s the amount of hair they have on their heads becomes noticeably lesser and thinner.

Is there at cure for baldness at all?
The person who invents the cure will be richer than Carlos Slim.

I know someone who retired from the SAF quite a rich man. Spent almost 20k of his pension money on products to 'cure' his baldness. Nothing grew!
Prior to him buying these products I had warned him there is no miracle cure for baldness. My doctor friend told me there are drugs in the market to slow down the balding process, that's all. But these products affect your little bro.

Only permanent solution is hair transplant. Cheapest place to do it is thailand, costs up to a few thousand dollars i think.

Best result-Elton John

So so - Silvio Berlusconi, Nawaz Sharif

To early to judge - Wayne Rooney, Jurgen Klopp

It the last thing that I would use because there are a lot of treatments today that can solve this problem. Of course, some of them can cause some problems, but some others are modern, natural and safe.

WTF is hair transplant???

Got such scary thing arh?

Cheapst option is to go thailand. An example.

http://www.thailandhairtransplant.com/

Lots of before and photos. Will cost a few thousand dollars on average. Dont have to pay 30,000 pounds like wayne rooney.

The doctor/surgeon must be good though for you to have a nice head of new hair. It's like planting grass. If done badly will become like weed.

Prominent people who have (confessed) done the procedure:

- Elton John, singer and Jurgen Klopp, football coach (very well done)

- Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan PM (so, so)

- Silvio Berlusconi (not good, looks very unnatural)

-Wayne Rooney (seems like not very natural, but dont forget his balding hasnt stop)

Please google the before and after pics yourself. Paiseh im IT challenged, dont know how to link pics.

These treatments are not permanent solution for male-pattern balness, even if effective like propecia pills. You will end up spending a lot of money.

Transplant is the only permanent solution

Transplant is the only permanent solution

Not true. Generic proscar(same as propecia)and minoxidil are dirt cheap nowadays. Think u can control the cost of this 2 within $15 per month.

Contrary to this belief, hair transplant is not a permanent solution as you will still continue to loss hair on parts that has not been transplanted. As such one needs to continue to take propecia and minoxidil after transplant as a form of prevention. It common to see people going for 2nd and even 3rd transplant because their hair loss has progress.
