Tell me then, what is so misleading about 'annual' or the addition of it?

The annual cleaning is different from that of spring cleaning ....if you follow the issue, you would know that.

It is damn simple and a foreign talent like you shouldn't have a problem grasping that.

How different it would be if VB had played a neutral role, clarified the NEA's memo, explained the pileups of errors and maybe even get the various parties involved to apologise to the hawkers, and emerged as a statesman, which a Ministerial office should be?

Now PAP will not sail into the sunset well, but has fomented disaffection and distrust further into GE2016.

Thanks, he seems to be a wounded man.

Dude, read again: 'annual March 2013 spring cleaning'

Of course it is annual because there is only ONE March spring cleaning per year. What the hell is inaccurate or misleading about it? Are you faulting people for using common sense??

Could you kindly tell me how does the PAP differentiate between the spring cleaning and the spring cleaning that requires cleaning of high areas? Please use your common sense ...always comment in the context.

I don't know how the PAP differentiates it, but common sense would be to simply call it 'annual spring cleaning of high areas', doh.

Yeah, right. More confusion from you. Spring cleaning and annual cleaning is clear ...the former happens 4 times a year and the latter once a year. Why is it that hard to comprehend? How many 'annual spring cleaning' are there?

The 'annual spring cleaning' terminology is a recent creation of the learned minister.

I would call it yearly. And if the PAP Government is a Chinese entity, spring cleaning in civil service context would mean an annual event to be executed before Chinese New Year.

But in Western terms, Spring should be in March 20 - 23 because we are how many degrees NORTH of the Equator?

And fuck your mother's cunt if you don't understand Chinese.

Just give up man. You will lose the plot. No opposition MP with a decent amount of common sense will bring this "inaccuracy" up in parliament.

'Yearly' or 'Annual' - whatever floats your boat, it's the same thing

In sincere sense, no one will add "ANNUAL" to the original content, because it would make a different meaning.

All this fuss about cleaning that has hogged the headlines for months but at the end of the day all sinkie hawker centres are filthy no matter what.

That's because no amount of cleaning, annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly or daily can change the fact that Sinkies eat like pigs.
