All the marina facing ones taken up today. Only straits view (West) and the land view (North) ones are available. Overall it is about 60% sold already.
So for me, it is a no go. Good luck to would be purchasers tomorrow.

Now I have more time to read up Ho Chin Soon's books and see where to place my chips. :smile:

But should be around RM800 psf.

I know a relative manage to get a 1320 sf with marina view for slightly over 1.0xx mil works out to 760psf. Then there is the early bird discount of 10% and loyalty discount of 3%.

He just go and try his luck and after the VVIP session, there are quite a number of good marina view facings. These are as expected would be mainly gone by end of the session.

There are still many e-deck facing and pool facing up for grab tomorrow.

Good luck to those going tomorrow.

I was there signing and to pay my downpayment today, the lawyer told me prices were up 10+ % as compared to previous launch.
I tried to get into the tent to check on prices and what was moving but they would not let me in.

I wish I had a better camera with me, I walked the private marina grounds today, it looks like the views from the wings of Teega looking towards the second link will be fantastic.

Things to look out for:

Between Teega and the private marina, there is a clubhouse which is not build yet.
The balconies of South West orientation (Unit C5 & C3) would be staring at the corners of Pinetree
The best would be South East facing (Unit C4 and C2).
West side (Straits facing) would have full blast of afternoon sun. The C5 units have windows all over its perimeter except the walls of course. Nice view but hot sun.

C5 (1582 ft2) & C4 (1380 ft2) are corner units while C2 (1167 ft2) & C3 (1320 ft2) are intermediate units.

My take is it is still a good deal below RM800 psf if you don't mind the views.

Yea u r right. In fact, if we look very closely at the whole master plan of Puteri Harbour, we won't say there is going to be alot of condo supply coming up, given the good mix of other developments like exhibition & convention, retail, commercial and hotel resorts coming up. The landed areas of one residential north are mostly landed.

The plot behind hello kitty theme park would be one of the few big plots to be launches with residential I think.

Thats why recently UEM has raised the bar for its land sales at Puteri Harbour.
