According to tip-offs we received from NUS students, the video was taken on 10 August at the Multi-purpose Hall of Kent Ridge Hall to celebrate the end of NUS Rag day.

Justin Wee, the student seen making the obscene remarks and gestures in the video is NOT from NUS, but a Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) student invited as a dancer for the NUS Rag flag day.

However, the other students seen around him are from NUS. The person who filmed the video was reportedly a third year student from NUS Science.

And the fact that he has remembered it and said it out, whilst he was presumably 'drunk' in your opinion, doesnt make it any the less provocative. maybe 'one eyed dragon' shouldnt have been hanged, cos he shot someone whilst he was intoxicated. tell that to the judge.
