Hehe outside eat mostly meat, so I try to eat a lot of veg at home to balance up...yeah must stay healthy to save medical cost and in order to have living quality...

Hehehehe. Me think the same. Feel very guilty especially at my age.

Your advice is exactly what my siblings warn me when I decide to retire in LOS. Not only I drink and smoke more, I also eat a lot of high cholesterol food. Frankly speaking, I am also a vege lover but somehow crave for seafood and meat. Worst is I don't even exercise.:*:

On my way back, these riders do not wear any helmet. KNN, more garang than me. Sometimes, I do the same if it's short distance, 1-2 km.

Sometimes exercise is not necessarily good, quite a few people have died suddenly after they started exercising...so if you have not been exercise, best to have a body checkup first before starting any exercise...
