He is totally ignoring the fact that the first and largest cluster was found at a construction site populated by FTs and run and operated by Guocoland, which counts many PAP elites on its BOD. So what if 2/3 of the breeding sites are found in homes? How many percent of Zika victims did they account for? one construction site easily has the breeding area of 1000 HDB flats. If the homes only account for 10% of the Zika victims and construction sites account for 90%, then what is the bloody point of bringing this up? Just like when the HDB had the lift problems, the PAP blamed it on heavy usage. When the MRT problems happen, the blame was on the high traffic. Peasants take the blame for everything bad while the PAP take the credit for everything good. truly an asshole of a govt.



SINGAPORE- Two-thirds of mosquito breeding sites are found in homes while the rest are in common areas and construction sites, said Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Masagos Zulkifli on Saturday morning (Sept 3).
"It's not because our home owners don't know the danger of breeding at home. Sometimes, some of them don't realise that by not turning over water regularly in their vase, it will breed mosquitoes," he said.
"These mosquitoes have also adapted very well to our environment. They know where to find water as much as we hide it."




He was speaking to reporters at the Tampines West Community Centre after handing out pamphlets on the Zika virus to residents nearby as part of a two-week island wide outreach effort.
Source eradication is an important means to fight Zika and dengue, he said, urging everyone to do their part by eliminating breeding sites.

Step one - Ignore the situation and suppress the news, eg cracked trains, Hep, ZIka, etc
STep 2 - When the news cannot be contained, mobilize the shit times to pump out a big volume of useless information about what they are doing to correct it. Make sure to have diagrams and infographics surveys and many interviews with pro PAP shitizens approving their actions
Step 3 - Blame the peasants
Step 4 - Claim victory
Step 5 - Form a new committee, department, etc. with big budget and populated by more PAP jiak leow bees to investigate the incident and make recommendations
Step 6 - Make sure the committee never find fault for the PAP and recommendations never find the light of day.

Blaming the elevator ("lift") problems on heavy usage is ridiculous because that is used more often than walking up and down the stairs.

it just means the construction sites are overcrowded and inhumane,proper facilities for housing of the workers should be build,such as hostels and 2 star hotels,and care taken to reduce the population density as much as possible.if singoes were to be working and living in such circumstances,this would not be tolerated.we have to thank FTs for making all these sacrifices including their health and lives and Zika for bringing such travesties to light.
