Riding your bicycle on pavement get fine..you walk on the road you get fine for jaywalking, you smoke within a certain zone you get fine...we are really a FINE city

You get fine when you leave your engine idling for a couple of minutes. The mosquitoes fly into your house and lay some eggs, you get fine too.

I remember you used to be liable for fine if you don't flush after using the public toilet. As expected, it was not a sustainable law.

They will station a VOLUNTEER in each place, one in every stall, one outside where the urinals are....you forget to flush, they will advise you & then issue you an advice... ha ha ha

Also riding across pedestrian crossings is against the law.
Must dismount and push bicycle across.
Another act blur not enforced law.

btw..if i dont stop and give way to cylist(did not dismount and push ) at pedestrian crossings , am i commiting an offence?

can i argue the point that he is not a pedestrian, but a cyclist?
