Sure the 2 cars are in the wrong, they need to give way to YOG Bus. If they give way, how can the accident happen.
Conclusion, the 2 cars are in the wrong because never give way to YOG bus. Giving bad image to the game.

well, if there's a bumper to bumper jam, LTA will be laughing all the way to the banks... $130x (number of cars involved in the jam). with the fines imposed, the YOG buses still can't get to the venue on time.
