Ah Nia, these are of course plastics' la..it's like a guy starting to put on underwears once he reaches puberty..

Dont know our neighbours' programme yet; usually we will be doing some charity works.Last year we baked some
cakes & stuffs for sale within our neighbourhood.The proceeds went to Boys' Town.

Where did your hearsay came from Wendy?..i have been residing in the East all these whiles', and this is the 1st time
i am told about it; you maybe right in a way though, cos nowadays there are more & more pet owners letting their
pets pooing all over our Estate..and hence the reason ?..
