According to wanbao, WP is not seen at Punggol east and have not announce candidate either

How do u guy think is the reason?

Multi corner fight seems inevitable, winning this BE looks highly unlikely, but since they already announced they are contesting, pulling out now will benefit SDP. No point wasting time walking there.
