Why are the hawkers not invited to the dialogue???!!!

Why are the Hammerrhoids so obsessed in banning the hawkers from talking to to them directly???!!!

Are the Hammerrhoids still thinking that their lan cheow sibei tuaki for the hawkers to swallow?
