The province is using land sales to actually full up their coffers. That why they just keep building and building cities and infrastructure relentlessly without thinking who will buy the properties. How does investing in infrastructure will reap returns ?

China need to change the way they mange their economy in order to build their nation. They need to become a consumption base economy rather then manufacturing base. They need higher GDP per capital. Need to distribute the nation's wealth properly/more equally. Need to create more Jobs rather then creating more wars. Create win win situations for partnership between countries. Allow foreign countries to further participate and open up your market like banking finance and e commerce.

So after I see all the problems after problems, how does XI Jin Ping think that belt and road will help china ? So that china can get more foothold on the ports militarily ?
