Its prevailing from ages. Not only rape but the dalits girls/ladies are kept as sex slaves called “Devdasi". Besides that there was taxation on covering the breast called “mulakar"(breast tax) which was maintained by upper caste ,where lower caste were not allowed to cover their breast.
