May 29 (Bloomberg) -- Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's Stratolaunch Systems is developing what
is being billed as the largest plane ever assembled, requiring six Boeing 747 jet engines for liftoff. Nicknamed
'The Roc', the carrier aircraft is designed to fly at high altitude where it will launch cargo and crews into orbit
around Earth. Elon Musk's SpaceX, fresh off a successful commercial docking of the space station, has signed
on to build the accompanying rocket. Bloomberg's Jeniece Pettitt reports.
